I’ve spent over 20 years working with SharePoint, and for those who know me or have worked with me across that time, you’ll know this isn’t just a tool I use. It’s been a huge part of my career, something I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with, solving, and continuously learning. Over the years, I’ve focused on helping people make sense of SharePoint in real workplaces — simplifying structure, improving information architecture, and making it actually usable for end users. A big part of my work has been cutting through the noise. No overengineering, no unnecessary complexity — just practical, structured approaches that work. The MVP program recognises community contribution, and for me that’s been through writing, sharing, and teaching what I see every day in real environments. A special thank you to Ami Diamond [MVP] for the nomination and support — it genuinely means a lot. Thank you to everyone who reads, shares, and supports my content. There’s a lot more to come.

Logo and all. No exceptions. 😄 This gem is from an internal event (TechReady) where James Petrosky and I were passionately talking about the latest and greatest features in SharePoint 2010. At the time, we were probably debating Managed Metadata or new site templates models as they were the breaking news 😉 Fast forward to today… and it’s incredible to think that on March 2nd, we’re celebrating 25 years of SharePoint - followed with a worldwide hackathon bringing together builders from across the globe. See more on the 2nd of March event at https://aka.ms/SPat25 🎂 From on-prem farms and carefully patched servers on weekends → To cloud-first collaboration, AI-powered experiences, and a thriving global ecosystem of makers, partners, and community leaders.
