  • Double win for Team Razer! At Razer, our greatest innovation isn’t just the products we build, but the people who build it. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to share that Razer has been awarded Best Internship Program and HR Team of the Year. Winning Best Internship Program underscores our unwavering commitment to building the next generation of leaders. At Razer, we make intentional investments in our interns’ growth, by entrusting with meaningful projects and real ownership so they don’t just learn, but execute and make an impact. At the heart of this success is our HR team, whose “HR Team of the Year” recognition reflects the heart and hustle they bring every day. By driving people‑first initiatives, elevating the employee experience, and enabling talents to thrive, they play a pivotal role in shaping what Razer stands for. Together, these wins reaffirm Razer as A Great Place to Work and A Place to Do Great Work, where our people are supported, empowered, and inspired to push boundaries and deliver their best work every day.

  • 71% of game studios say Agentic AI will be key to staying competitive. That’s according to a new Forrester voice-of-customer study on AI’s impact on the games industry as presented by Senior Analyst William Maxwell McKeon-White. At this recent webinar on Modernizing the Games Industry with Agentic AI, Quyen Quach, Razer’s VP of Software, joined experts Dyan Williams from AWS, Eric Burns from Anthropic, and Stuart Muckley from CodeWizards to unpack what this means for teams building games today. As Quyen put it, “The humans drive the vision and explain the narrative. Then the AI takes over so that you can move on to your next creative vision.” The conversation surfaced three clear themes: studios are moving from scripted automation to agentic pipelines, the shift is as cultural as it is technical, and QA is emerging as the highest-leverage entry point because it reduces maintenance overhead and frees teams to focus on the complex work that still needs a human. A lot of brands write big checks to sponsor tournaments, slap their logo everywhere, and call it market validation. We've never done that with our products and our gaming chairs. So when ProSettings.net — the site that tracks what gear the world's top pros actually use — named the Razer Iskur V2 NewGen the #1 gaming chair, I was proud. Not because of the badge. Because of what it represents. These are esports athletes who already compete with Razer Inc. peripherals. Their livelihoods depend on their gear performing flawlessly. They don't switch chairs for a sponsorship deal — they switch because something is genuinely better. That's the bar we build to. And it's the only ranking that matters. Check out the new Razer Iskur gaming chairs - the best gaming chair on the planet - and choice of esports athletes worldwide.
